A strong believer in constant experimentation and creativity to drive better business results, Yashodhara Lal is one of India’s leading marketing and business leaders. With experience of working across FMCG, dotcom and QSR (quick service restaurant) domains, Yashodhara advocates the use of consumer insight and data analysis for decision-making.

Before founding Allsomeness in 2020, a coaching and consulting organization, Yashodhara served as director of marketing at Pizza Hut, run by Yum! Brands. Here she curated a fresh approach to brand positioning and advertising. She has also headed marketing at household appliances manufacturer Dyson India, and served as vice-president, global CSR and diversity, at the multinational professional services firm, Genpact.

Currently engaged in the practice of psychotherapy in transactional analysis, Yashodhara is a certified coach in the Erickson Solution Focused model of coaching. Alongside her marketing and business expertise, Yashodhara is a successful fiction writer. Her titles include Those Days in Delhi (2019), How I Became a Farmer’s Wife (2018), When Love Finds You (2016), Peanut has a Plan (2016), There’s Something About You (2015), Sorting Out Sid (2014), and Just Married, Please Excuse (2014).
