Amit is defined by his curiosity about how individuals and groups think, feel and behave. He believes that our personas and relationships are hugely influenced by the stories we tell ourselves and others. Amit encourages learners to examine and redesign these narratives using frameworks of cognition, emotion and communication. He conducts individual coaching sessions and group workshops for corporates, academia, and the social sector. 

Before he set sail as an independent coach and consultant, Amit worked for 21 years in diverse domains with several organisations, including The Times of India, India Today, NIIT and The World Bank. A constant learner himself, he has an MA in English Literature and an MSc in Computer Science. He is now learning photography.
