Nivedita Singh has a passion for helping people maximize their relationships, with special focus for couples and parents. She is a relationship consultant and counselor as well as an advanced practitioner of RECBT (Rational-Emotive & Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), for which she trained at The Albert Ellis Institute in New York. Her interest in the well-being of children and young adults led her to establish Co-create Change. As a former chairperson of Sanjivini Society for Mental Health, founder-director of consultancy firm ANSRRS INDIA and executive director of S.E.T.U. Bridging the Gap, Nivedita has extensive experience of helping people who are grappling with mental health challenges. She has also trained with celebrated psychotherapists Esther Perel and Terry Real.

Having completed her master’s in counseling psychology from Amity Institute of Behavioural and Allied Sciences, Nivedita has also trained in psychotherapy and behavioral science at the Stanford University School of Medicine. With more than 25 years of experience in counseling, her core competency lies in blending her strengths as a trainer and therapist.

An associate member of International Positive Psychology Association, Nivedita is also part of the visiting faculty at Delhi University and Amity Institute of Behavioral and Allied Science. She has co-authored a book on handling behavioral problems in children.
