A renowned learning strategist and development guru, Renu Khanna believes that life is “a marathon, not a sprint”, which is why she always underlines the importance of holistic growth and endurance.

Renu founded Humex in 2016 with the objective of creating a people-centric performance culture that constantly strives for improvements in leadership development, diversity and inclusion, and coaching for corporate, academia, families and individuals.

Before starting Humex, Renu was the global head of leadership development at Tech Mahindra, where she led a team of 25 to create an environment that served the interests of stakeholders as well as society at large.

Winner of the Woman Achiever in IT Award by Interop for 2014, Renu was also recognized as one of the top 30 training and development professionals by the Asia Pacific HRM Congress in 2013. She served as president of the Indian Society for Training and Development, Hyderabad chapter, between 2008 and 2010, and was also  on the board of the National Human Resource Development Network, Hyderabad chapter for many years.

A prolific public speaker who frequently visits leading Indian universities as a guest lecturer, Renu advocates “embracing change as an opportunity” and understanding the importance of “thinking big to grow big”.
