Vaishakhi brings decades of experience to all her projects. She has a long history with Ogilvy, across many disciplines. As Senior Creative Director of OgilvyOne, she worked with large businesses like Vodafone, Unilever, and several FMCG customers. 

During her time at Capgemini (2011-2016), Vaishakhi leveraged her expertise in customer relationship management and creative skills to set up the customer experience function from scratch. Additionally, she developed the acclaimed Alchemy series of training modules for learning enthusiasts in the organization who wanted to improve their business writing skills. 

Vaishakhi has also successfully completed the EUM Framework certification—a psychometric framework for deeper coaching capabilities. She is on multiple advertising award juries and has won several national and international awards in the advertising and marketing space.
