A personality assessment test, MBTI was developed by Katharine Briggs and Isabel Briggs-Myers around 1917. The MBTI is built on the theories of extraversion and introversion by Carl Jung. They identified 16 personality types that make it easier for us to understand who we are, what we like, dislike, career paths that suit each personality and so much more.
