How connected you are is known as learner engagement. Learner or student engagement is a measure of how involved you are in what you’re studying. It may be an online skill-based course, a new language or your college subjects. Your learning engagement shows how motivated and inspired you are to complete your course.

There are measures you can take to improve engagement as a student. Student engagement is all about igniting an interest in the course or training material. You’re building new skills and acquiring behaviors that will surely help you in your personal and professional life.

Set an agenda in advance so you know what you’re going to be learning and prepare questions accordingly.
Don’t shy away from raising any doubts you may have. Training or classes are meant for just that.

Engage with your cohort because it’s important to gain more perspective by interacting with others.
