Powerful Storytelling

The pandemic forced India’s hockey players to live and practice together in a bio bubble. The close proximity strengthened their bonding and resulted in the team-members trusting each other to do their best to reach the common goal. This trust shone through in the Tokyo Olympics, where both the men and women’s teams shone.

Teamwork doesn’t just happen. It takes sensitivity, intelligence and conscious effort and time. But if you’re prepared to work for it, a collaborative orientation can help you achieve common goals with great efficiency, and have fun doing it. As the saying goes, talent wins games, teamwork wins championships.
