Participative management, also known as participatory management, is a type of leadership structure that allows people from different levels and departments to manage an organization. The method aims to integrate employee expertise into organization-wide decision-making. Individuals from various levels can impact overall goals and operations. 2. Joint Decision-Making

Managers and leaders encourage employee feedback and expect them to participate in the final decision-making process. 3. Employee-Owned
