Things don’t always go as planned. Life throws various kinds of surprises and curveballs that we aren’t prepared for. We often get sidetracked from our goals and long-term vision because we forget what we hoped to achieve. It’s important to create reminders that’ll help you stay on track. Use to-do lists or excel sheets to write down your passions and goals and keep checking them every now and then. Revise your milestones if needed.

  1. Treat Yourself

We’re quick to be hard on ourselves but rarely cut ourselves slack. Self-criticism can demotivate you to a great extent and it’s crucial that you reward yourself when you can.
