Learners will develop an essential set of cognitive, social and behavioral skills or Thrive Skills to drive peak performance and achieve excellence. Some of the must-have Thrive Skills learners will develop with our communication training for leaders and individual contributors are Powerful Storytelling, Confident Public-Speaking and Precise Writing.
Our communication training for leaders combines self-paced courses and live masterclasses ideally completed over a period of 15 weeks with a learning time of approximately 30 hours. Learners will receive access to our communication training for managers and executives throughout the duration of the program.
There are no prerequisites for learners. Our communication skills program is designed with an ideal cohort in mind and we’ll work with your organization to ensure that your learning needs are met.
