"I found the program to be extremely beneficial: the biggest differentiator is that it comes at a time in your career when you need to be more inwaard-looking. It made me aware of my strengths as a leader and showed me how to use my superpowers to make my team better. The program has chiseled me as a leader. The second strong advantage was being included in a group with other successful and powerful women leaders. True learning came from hearing each other's points of views. It was a very stimulating environment. Thirdly, the study material was very thorough and the frameworks discussed were backed by academic research. Every resource recommendation was highly relevant."

"I work in a department where timelines are crucial. We work on tenders with strict deadlines. The Harappa program has taught me how to manage my time better. The Learning Zone Model has been the most helpful part of the program. I've become better at framing relevant questions and writing structured emails while communicating with internal and external stakeholders. I've also learned how to make engaging and visually appealing proposals that help create an impact. My overall communication skills have improved because of the Effective Communication masterclass and I've become a better listener too."

This high-impact program is designed for young professionals with 0-3 years of work experience. It pivots on five program-level outcomes that will allow young professionals to expand skills and knowledge, communicate clearly, politely and confidently in everyday work situations and understand professional expectations on attitudes, etiquette and productivity.
The Harappa Advantage is rooted in outcome-based online learning. At the beginning of the program, we benchmark learner skills to set the baseline. The benchmarking exercise takes into account a learner’s specific context and workplace environment. The benchmark is then used to map a learner’s progress over the course of the program.

Pramath Raj Sinha (Founder & Chairman) and Shreyasi Singh (Founder& CEO) are Harappa’s chief inspirer and warrior respectively.
Pramath is a pioneering force in Indian education and has played crucial roles in establishing ISB and Ashoka University as top-notch higher education institutions in India. He has also been a media entrepreneur, education consultant and management advisor at the 9.9 Group, which he founded, the CEO of the Ananda Bazar Patrika Group, and a Partner at McKinsey & Company.
Shreyasi’s journey to entrepreneurship, and higher education, is itself symbolic of the diversity and opportunities of modern careers. She began her career as a journalist, and spent more than 10 years in media, across news agencies, broadcast and specialty print media. She was the editor of the Indian edition of Inc., the iconic American business magazine, and has written books on entrepreneurship. A few years ago, she switched to higher education, driven by how higher education can transform lives and aspirations by innovating on curriculum.
With shared roots in Bihar, their common code of values offsets their unique personalities, varied perspectives and diverse life journeys perfectly. What binds them now is their singular vision: to build a learner-centered institution of the future.
