POST-LEARNING BREAKTHROUGH: EFFICIENT TIME MANAGEMENT   

When I started Harappa’s program, I found that while I had no particular goal in mind, the frameworks helped me solve a problem I was facing. I started using frameworks such as the Pomodoro Technique and Eisenhower Matrix to plan my day. I now create 20 minute slots for different tasks and allocate time in between slots to check emails and messages. I have become more productive at work and manage to complete all my tasks within work hours.

PRE-LEARNING CHALLENGE: MANAGING DISTRACTIONS

I was doing multiple things at once: checking my phone while working on documents or responding to emails without reading them completely! I would get distracted easily.

POST-LEARNING BREAKTHROUGH: RATIONALIZING AND BUILDING TRUST

I have learned the necessary skills required to manage conflict effectively. I have been practicing the Trust Equation, Pomodoro Technique, PAM Framework and the Eisenhower Matrix at my job and noticed that my decision-making ability has improved significantly. PRE-LEARNING CHALLENGE: LEVERAGING PERSPECTIVES

As a financial controller, sales and project funding control is critical to smooth accounting operations. This often brings me into conflict situations with people including my boss! I am unable to get my point across and push back. This could become detrimental to the organization. I am also conflicted about the decisions I have made and whether they are in the right direction.

From the Establishing Trust course, I’ve learned how good you are at helping others defines your credibility. I was particularly impressed by the Expanding Networks course as I realized that being an introvert doesn’t  need to stop me from building credibility and professional relationships. I was determined to change and after being inactive on LinkedIn for 12 years, I am back on the grid.

PRE-LEARNING CHALLENGE: CHALLENGING WORK PROFILE

I have been working in a demanding work profile in the electrical department and have been with the organization for two years now. I started this program with no plan or expectation, but I was glad that I was able to participate as the challenges I faced used to discourage me.

Harappa has an amazingly refreshing content presentation. The courses are well structured and insightful. We started with a pilot of a blended leadership learning program in India. The program was very well received and appreciated. The big winner for us was seeing participants look forward to sessions and implement their learning in their everyday work. We’re also launching a global leadership development program with Harappa. The backend support team is also very responsive and prompt. The platform itself is very intuitive and it’s very easy to track the progress of the learners. The overall experience with Harappa so far has been very delightful.

We were not used to a lot of digital learning. Prior to the pandemic, most learning would happen in physical spaces. But, over the last year or so, our employees have found it very easy to navigate the Harappa website and app even though e-learning was new for them. Harappa clearly has an edge over courses offered by other digital platforms. With Harappa, every time I identified a need for my employees, I found it covered in the courses!
